Product Warranty
All Instruments (The Product)
sold by Cadenza Creative Enterprises (The Company) come with the
following warranty.
Guarantee of Quality and Serviceability upon receipt of product.

All
products should arrive in your area serviceable and in good
condition.
o
Should the
product be damaged* in anyway whatsoever, do not hesitate to ship
the product back to the following address

Please
REMEMBER to attach the OFFICIAL RECEIPT with the Instrument to
ensure proper identification and servicing. Please attach a
written notice, stating the complaint/nature of damage.
o
The
Warranty is valid for a period of 45 days from the date we
first send the product to you. In most circumstances, you
would receive the product shipment within 15 days, which leaves
you 30 days to evaluate the product.
o
Within the
warranty period, the Instrument will be repaired and shipped back
to you FREE OF CHARGE.
Limited Warranty of Quality of Product
o
All
Instruments sold should come with a reasonable lifespan.
o
Should your instrument suffer any damage*, please ship the
instrument back to us at the above address.
Please REMEMBER to attach the
OFFICIAL RECEIPT with the Instrument to ensure proper
identification and servicing. Please attach a written notice,
stating the complaint/nature of damage.
o
The Warranty is valid for 1 calendar year from the date we send
the product. We
will repair the damages for free, but you will be charged
and billed for the return shipment of the product. We will ship
the product back to you once we receive the payment via Paypal.
Disclaimer
Cadenza Creative Enterprises is
not liable for the following:

Damages due
to human mischief or negligence
-
Damages due to non-compliance
with advisory issued if any.
We will still
repair the instrument for you, but at a nominal fee (Normally
below US$50) excluding shipping.
For the
Limited Warranty of Quality of
Product, The Company will only ship the repaired instrument
back to after the shipment bill has been settled. Failure to pay
the shipment bill may result in delay of returning of product. The
company is not responsible, after 60 days of the first bill of a
product in question, of a product's safe return
*Damages refer to a state of the object
in question preventing it from fully performing its normal or
intended function.
